Lunch time lecture and exhibition tour

Come and join me for a lunch, lecture and exhibition tour!

Art and Science, historical siblings, have drifted apart over the course of the last two centuries. Only recently have they begun to reunite, as specialists from each discipline have found that together they have a more powerful voice that they do separately. Erika Osborne will be discussing the recent collaboration between art and science as it relates specifically to environmental concerns in this lunchtime lecture.

For more information, and to register, visit the Fort Collins Museum of Art’s website.

Arts Programming for the Anthropocene: Art in Community and Environment is available now!

I am so excited to announce that Arts Programming for the Anthropocene: Art in Community and Environment is available now from Routledge Press! I have worked on this book project for the past few years as a contributing author and as the books illustrator.  The book charts the paths of five field-based arts programs in the U.S., Europe and Australia, making a case for a shift in current arts education pedagogy to a more community-based and environmentally-focused model.
